Lisa began her real estate career in Raleigh, North Carolina, in the 1990s. She quickly reached award-winning status as a new home sales consultant, discovering a passion for matching people with property.
The new millennium brought her to Arizona, where she gained valuable experience working behind the scenes for a luxury custom homebuilder, assisting clients in building in notable Scottsdale communities, including Desert Mountain, Troon North, and DC Ranch. Subsequently, she returned to new home sales, representing Toll Brothers in Aviano at Desert Ridge.
In 2005, Lisa co-owned a boutique architecture firm and simultaneously obtained her Arizona real estate broker’s license.
Lisa earned her CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation in 2020 and joined AREAA Global (Asian Real Estate Association of America).
In 2021, she received her RSPS (Resort & Second Home Specialist) designation and served on the Global Connections Committee for the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors (SAAR), helping to orchestrate their Global Inbound Trade Mission.
Fun facts: Lisa adores traveling, reading, fitness, the arts, and wine—proud of her WSET (Wine and Spirits Education Trust) Level 2 with Distinction Award in Wines. She is also a certified yoga and meditation instructor (RYT 200), helpful for incorporating calm into property transactions. Additionally, her experience planning international travel and tourism dovetails beautifully into global real estate.
